Tasting Notes: Serve between 16°C - 18°C. Vanilla strikes the nose followed by ripe apricots, baked apple and elegant floral notes. On the palate the harmony of ripe fruit and subtle aniseed notes offer great complexity with a pleasant mouthfeel and smooth texture.
Suggested Recipe: Remy Sour with 50ml Remy Martin VSOP, 30ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Sugar syrup, Orange twist, and Angostura bitters. Add Remy Martin VSOP, lemon juice, sugar syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a twist of orange.
